1/2 cup diced celery
¼ cup chopped onion
2 cups cubed chicken
½ cup diced carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushrooms, drained
Saute vegetables, add chicken and soup and heat through.
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
Grated Cheese
Beat butter, baking powder, egg, seasoning, sour cream, salt and flour until they form a smooth but sticky batter.
Spread in a pie dish, up over the tip. Add chicken/vegetable mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
