Slow Baked Chicken and Rice

I made this up yesterday with stuff I had on hand. Yum.

Enough Chicken Breast Pieces for your family
1 can Chicken Broth
1 C Sour Cream
1 C Shredded Cheese (MJ,or Cheddar)
4-6 Mushrooms
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
2 C White Rice

Combine the Chicken Broth, Sour Cream, Cheese, and finely chopped Mushrooms then pour over the 2 C of rice in a 9x13 pan. Place Chicken pieces on top then shake onion soup mix over that. Bake covered for 3 hours at 275 degrees. Take cover off and bake at 400 until browned (about 10 minutes)
