Cranberry Salsa from Erin Boden

12 oz cranberries, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 small jalapenos, seeded and minced
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 Tbs. fresh ginger grated
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Process cranberries and add all ingredients.  A food chopper/processer works well.  Arrange salsa around cream cheese and serve with crackers.
