I've never made Chicken Parmesan that I like, but this stuff was delicious! I found it somewhere on allrecipes.
2 Eggs, beaten
1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 C Seasoned Bread Crumbs
6 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 C Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Dip Chicken breasts into the eggs and then coat in bread crumbs mixture.
3. Bake chicken alone for 25 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and take out of baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the pasta sauce into the bottom of the pan, then replace the chicken breasts.
5. Pour remaining pasta sauce over the top of the chicken and return to oven for 35 more minutes.
6. Top chicken with shredded mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted and as brown as you like it.
7. Serve over Fettucine and with a spinach salad.
