Whenever I write down a recipe I find, I don't always write down where I got it. I'll do my best to give credit where it is due.

Taco Lasagna

There were no leftovers last night. That means something...good.

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 can Black or Pinto Beans
1 C. Salsa
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Cumin
Marjoram
Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
4 Flour Tortillas
Salsa
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Brown the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. (I don't measure, I just put in what looks good). Drain fat then add rinsed beans and other spices. (Again, I don't measure. If I were to guess, I'd say 1T chili powder and 1/2 t. cumin and 1/4 t. marjoram??) Then add the 1 C of Salsa. Once it is mostly free of any liquid, start building your "lasagna".

Place one tortilla in a greased round casserole dish. Top with some meat mixture and top that with cheese. Layer three more times then bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.

Serve with Lettuce, Salsa, Sour Cream, and Guacamole as toppings.
