Whenever I write down a recipe I find, I don't always write down where I got it. I'll do my best to give credit where it is due.

Twice Baked Potatoes

(This one I eyeballed, so I don't really know exact amounts)

Baked Potatoes
Sour Cream
Butter
Half and Half
Salt/Pepper
Cheddar Cheese
Green Onions
Cooked Bacon

Bake your potatoes. When cooled enough, scoop out whites into a large bowl. To that bowl add some sour cream (I had about 8 potatoes and used about a cup and a little bit more of sour cream), some butter (I used about a half a stick), some half and half (I don't know how much I used. I just poured until I liked the consistency - you want them to be thickish), salt and pepper, a handful or so of shredded cheddar, and about 2-3 chopped green onions. Whip until combined. Leave them a little bit lumpy. Spoon mixture back into skins. Top with crumbled bacon and some more cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
