6-year-old Artisan Bread

6-year-old meaning your 6-year-old can make this.

3C. Flour
1/4t. Yeast
1 1/4t. Salt

Mix all these together in a large bowl with your hands. Add 1 1/2 C. Water. Again mix with your hands until combined. Place a towel over the bowl and let it sit for 12-18 hours.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees with a round covered casserole dish. (right? preheat your casserole dish). Once preheated, place dough on a floured surface and fold over into a ball-ish shape. Place this into heated casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from dish to cool on a wire rack.

That's it.

IT'S SO DELICIOUS!
