Corn Tortillas
Ground Beef or chicken
Tomatoes, chopped
Lettuce, chopped
Colby Jack Cheese, grated
Yellow Onion, chopped
Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
Sour Cream
Salsa
Guacamole
With a pizza cutter, cut tortillas into thin strips. Fry in Canola oil until crisp. Let drain on a paper towel covered plate and sprinkle with a little salt.
Brown beef or cubed chicken with enough salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your liking.
Place crisped tortillas in a bowl and top with whatever toppings you desire.
