5 Yellow Golden Delicious
1/4 C Sugar
1t. Cinnamon
1/4 C Water
Peel, core, quarter, and slice apples. Put in crockpot and top with sugar and cinnamon stirring until all apples are coated. Pour in water.
Low for 8 hours
High for 5 hours
Mash with potato masher.
