Whenever I write down a recipe I find, I don't always write down where I got it. I'll do my best to give credit where it is due.

Grancy's Spaghetti

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Bottle of Prego Spaghetti sauce
1 pint Cottage Cheese
Spaghetti
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Brown beef. Cook Spaghetti until al dente. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheeses. Top with as much cheese as you want (I prefer more Parmesan than Mozzarella, and often don't even use the Mozzarella). Bake 350 until warmed through and cheese browned. About 25-30 minutes.

Serve with Garlic Bread.

Buy a loaf of sourdough from store bakery. Cut in half and top with butter, (yes butter!) garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Bake until brown.
