The best Apple Crisp I've ever had :)
Topping:
1 C Flour
1 C White Sugar
1.5 Cubes Butter
2/3 C Old-Fashioned Oats
Filling:
4-5 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced into bite sized pieces
1/3 C Brown Sugar
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/2 C frozen mixed berries (exclude strawberries)
1 T Flour
Preheat oven to 350 and place rack in center of oven. Combine well all Filling ingredients in a prepared 9x13 pan.
For topping: Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture is crumbly and there are no large pieces of butter visible. Crumble all topping evenly over the top of the filling.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned and the filling is bubbly.
Cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
