Homemade Instant Oatmeal mostly from Sheelagh Evans

8C Quick Oats
4C Powdered Old-fashioned Oats (powder 4C in a blender or food processor)
2 C Brown Sugar
3t. Salt
3t. Cinnamon
1 1/2 t. Allspice

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. This makes about 32 servings.

When ready to eat. Pour 1/2 C into a bowl and cover with hot water (enough for your desired consistency). Stir it up and eat it up.
